Michelle.Fitness 360 is run by Michelle Tapper.  Michelle is certified in Personal Training and Nutrition with the National Federation of Personal Trainers, as well as being a certified Life Coach and a Certified Financial Coach. Along with her job experience as an Accountant, Michelle has the tools needed to help you achieve 360° of health through fitness and Life Coaching.

In addition to her certifications, Michelle has run 4 marathons and dozens of half-marathons and 5k's. She is physically active, playing Sand Volleyball 4's and softball, and working out daily. There have been various life situations financially and personally that she has overcome and learned various tools to be effective in many life situations.
